About The Authors
Salman Khurshid is an eminent Indian politician, senior advocate designated by the Supreme Court. He has authored more than 15 books and is a law teacher. He completed his B.A. and M.A. from Oxford University. He also taught as a Lecturer at Trinity College, Oxford. He started his political career in 1981, as an Officer on Special Duty, in the Prime Minister’s Office. He has served as Minister for External Affairs, Minister of Law and Justice, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Minister of Corporate Affairs, Minister for Minority Affairs and Minister for Water Resources. He was also the President of the Delhi Public School Society and Dr. Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust, Patron of Mother Teresa Foundation, Executive Council Member of Jamia Millia Islamia University, Governing Body Member of Mayo College and various other organizations. He has argued many matters of national importance in various fields of law, including Commercial Law, Constitutional Law and Labour matters.
Gaurav Gupta is an Advocate, practicing at the Supreme Court, for the last 12 years. He has a diverse experience of working on a variety of matters including Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration and Economic Offences.
